Why do I need a med card?

For now, adult-use or recreational cannabis sales remain illegal in Florida. To purchase cannabis legally, you’ll need a Florida state-issued medical marijuana card recommended by a licensed physician.

How much does it cost?

A patient can expect to pay about $75 for their medical marijuana card which will be issued from the Florida Department of Health. There is a $75 renewal fee that covers the card for a full year.

  • Florida is a limited license state and there are only 22 currently issued. With these regulatory restrictions, the cost to acquire a license has been extremely inflated. But we’d never let bureaucracy keep Floridians from that 710 Labs heat.

  • Our full line up will eventually be available, but right now we're producing flower and our solventless concentrate line: Persy Sauce, Persy Rosin, Ice Water Hash, Live Rosin, and Resin Pods. In the near future, we will release our Noodle Doinks and Gummis.

  • Nothing will be released into the market without the 710 Labs stamp of approval. Everything we drop will be put through the same rigorous standards we’ve established in Colorado and California.

  • Florida does not have an excise tax on medical marijuana, but all non-cannabis items (such as batteries, accessories, or merch) are subject to the statewide 6% sales tax.

  • Anyone w/ a State Approved Medical Prescription

  • Are you consistently hitting your 35-day limit for smoking flower or your 70-day limit for inhaling concentrates? Schedule an appointment with your doctor and they can renew or increase your prescription.
